Hard Hat Tours of Bayview’s Terrace Apartments

Weekly Private Hard Hat Tours of Bayview’s Terrace Apartments

Bayview has been transforming the experience of aging to deliver life’s potential since 1961. In summer 2025, we broke ground on nine new luxury independent living residences in our terrace building—thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, two-plus-bath apartments that elevate modern living.

Anticipated to open in spring/summer 2026, these expansive homes ranging from 1,100–1,700 square feet blend contemporary design, exceptional comfort, and the lifestyle Bayview is known for.

We invite you to schedule a VIP Hard Hat Tour of our terrace apartments and future amenity spaces, led by Jill Chang, Director of Sales & Marketing, alongside Chris Stearns, Project Principal at Aldrich Construction. Enjoy a glass of bubbly as you get an exclusive first look at what’s taking shape. Only a few remaining Terrace apartments available.
