Several options exist for independent living admission fees. For most plans, you pay the admission fee once your application for residency has been approved. There is a 60-day trial period for every plan that offers a full refund of the admission fee. Admission fees vary based on the amenities of individual apartments such as size, view, balcony, etc.
A month-to-month plan is available whereby you pay the admission fee over time as an addition to the monthly fee. The month-to-month plan is only available on Studio apartments.
Monthly fees include all utilities, telephone, basic Xfinity cable and internet, weekly light housekeeping, linen and towel service, full use of the THRIVE Fitness Center, emergency call response, and 24-hour security.
