Our Assisted Living & Memory Care residences are unique with no Upfront Entrance or Community Fee.
Assisted Living provides a supportive community living environment for older adults who need additional help with activities of daily living (ADL) while maintaining their highest level of independence. ADLs include but are not limited to getting dressed, bathing, medication management, and more. Danner Way’s Assisted Living at Bayview provides a fully supportive ADL structure.
Our assisted living provides support with daily activities, 24/7 nursing, home-like environment, daily programming, senior wellness, intergenerational activities, music therapy, pet therapy, and much more. Most importantly, Danner’s Way Assisted Living provides residents with the security knowing highly trained staff are available 24/7.
Individualized costs are contingent on care needs, levels of care, and other important services and factors. Please note, assisted living communities will have their own unique pricing model. Bayview uniquely does not require an upfront entrance or community fee. The only upfront fee is a $1,000 application fee.

We encourage you to have conversations early before you’re in crisis. Keep in mind making a choice to move into Assisted Living when you can make an informed decision is always best.
While this answer requires an in-depth conversation in person, here are a few tips in understanding this transition. At Bayview, the conversation typically begins with the family and our social worker. Memory care is a unique setting and is often not a one size fits all. Therefore, a crucial conversation with our social worker allows an opportunity to have all your questions answered.
Memory care offers an environment with more advanced memory support and security. Bayview’s memory care ratio compared to our assisted living residence has a smaller staff to resident ratio. Our memory care also is a secure unit for the safety and comfort in mind for your loved ones. We are currently open to direct admission in both our Assisted Living and Memory Care residences.
